Mike Bender has joined HK and is appointed to the Board of both the Lloyd’s Broker and the Holding Company subject to regulatory approval.
Mike joins from Assured Partners London where he was Managing Director of the International Casualty team.
CEO Peter Slade commented “This is a significant appointment for HK and fits the growth strategy of the Company perfectly. Mike will increase the Company’s footprint in Canada and Australia substantially as well as introducing us to other territories new to HK”.
Mike commented “This move is very much like coming home for me because I began my career with the team that started HK all those years ago.
