With immediate effect, Nigel Moorhouse and Roy Williams have joined Peter Slade and Allan Clow on the Board of Harman Kemp Holdings Ltd., in non-executive roles.
Nigel Moorhouse will act as Chairman.
Nigel has held a variety of senior roles within the financial services sector over the last 30+ years and more recently held the position of Non-Executive Chairman of THB Group PLC.
Roy enjoyed an illustrious career as a Lloyd's Underwriter, with the likes of R.C. Barber and Hiscox, before moving to Bell & Clements where, as a Director of the Company, he was instrumental in its growth and the development of the underwriting management side of the business.
